Shipment

Once Dog Lovers has received your payment, we will initiate the shipping process for your order. The majority of our products are directly shipped from the manufacturers. We have established agreements with each supplier to ensure timely delivery and quality.

For shipments within Singapore, the flat rate shipping cost is SGD 7.95.

For international shipping costs, please refer to the following table:

Exceptions

If the customer misuses the product, resulting in damage, the customer is responsible for the depreciation. Products should be used and treated as if purchased from a physical store.

Guarantee

Our items are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that products must meet reasonable consumer expectations regarding functionality and performance.

Deliveries outside Singapore

For deliveries to countries outside Singapore, import duties, taxes, and customs or clearance charges may be applicable in the recipient's country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be reimbursed by Dog Lovers in case of order cancellation, returns, or exchanges.
